Oil and Gas Cluster Helgeland is a business cluster consisting of 48 industry suppliers and knowledge institutions located in the Helgeland region in Northern Norway. Our members have more than 2000 employees and an annual turnover of approx. 6 billion NOK.

Oil and gas cluster Helgeland was founded in 2011 and has evolved step-by-step through dedicated efforts and cooperation between our members. In June 2015, the cluster was awarded with ARENA status in the national cluster program Norwegian Innovation Clusters.
Vision
Oil and Gas Cluster Helgeland shall be the preferred cluster of suppliers in the North.
Goal
Strengthen the cluster’s innovation capability and Global competitiveness.
Objectives
1. Develop a strong and lasting cooperation between suppliers, knowledge, research and development institutions and the public sector.
2. Position Oil and Gas Cluster Helgeland as one of Norway’s leading clusters of suppliers.
3. Develop industry related courses and education and ensure access to relevant competent personnel through systematic collaboration between businesses, universities and knowledge institutions.
4. Establish the cluster as a leading arena for innovation in the supplier industry.
